Alright, I've evluated TONS of peer 2 peer sharing programs. It's disgusting how many I've looked at. I've finally found one that I really REALLY like. It's called Direct Connect. It's sort of a mixture between Hotline and Kazaa. Except much better. Check it out, I think you'll dig it.
